Sacramento, CA – June 22, 2009 – iStreet Solutions, LLC, an SAP hosting partner, today announced it is SAS70 Type II compliant. Independent firm NDB Accountants & Consultants, LLP (NBD) has conducted a service auditor’s attestation, commonly known as a SAS70 audit. The completed review states that iStreet Solutions became SAS70 Type II compliant as of March 2009.

The SAS70 compliance is an internationally recognized standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This means that iStreet Solutions has implemented controls that are suitably designed to achieve these specified control objectives and activities, and that iStreet Solutions’ services are delivered per their service level agreements. iStreet Solutions’ control objectives evaluated by NDB include the following business areas:

NDB evaluated the control objectives for iStreet Solutions’ business operating areas through a review of documented control procedures, verifying the existence of the processes and analyzing the output of each.
SAS70 is identified in the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Section 404, to assist companies reliant on service organizations for functions related to reporting. An SAS70 report focuses on a service organization's control activities, including, but not limited to, management of IT and related processes.
