iStreet provides a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each of our customers. An SLA is a written contract that defines the client’s hosting service expectations and the host provider’s service responsibilities. Most competitors only use SLA’s for a small percentage of clients – iStreet uses them for EVERY customer!
